I’m a tech policy and infrastructure strategist.

I established the New York State Division of Broadband Access while managing the $500-million New NY Broadband Program and securing hundreds of millions in additional funding; served as a founding Board Member of NYC Mesh, North America’s largest community network; and was a senior policy advisor at the U.S. House of Representatives. I grow organizations, policies, and initiatives that advance just tech policy, universal broadband access, and community-based solutions.

I also love mountaineering and backpacking, salsa dancing, scuba diving, wine education, and cooking.
